As we only sell clinically tested skin devices with proven technologies from leading manufacturers in the world, we guarantee for all information we provide on our web page. On the other side, we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, so if you buy online without testing in our salon you are taking responsibility for possible non proper usage or other internal and external factors. Therefore, if you are unsure is the product right for you, you are welcome to book free of charge visit and test effectiveness on place. Since we offer this choice to all our buyers, after purchasing there is no return or refund option for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type.

 

In order to avoid unsatisfactory, we strongly recommend that you consult your chosen provider or a skin therapist licensed for using this technology, for an analysis of your particular skin type, skin needs and sensitivity level before purchasing any product.

The content and works published on this website are governed by the copyright laws of Sweden. Any duplication, processing, distribution or any form of utilization beyond the scope of copyright law shall require the prior written consent of the author or authors in question.

Our website contains links to the websites of third parties („external links“). As the content of these websites is not under our control, we cannot assume any liability for such external content. In all cases, the provider of information of the linked websites is liable for the content  and accuracy of the information provided. As soon as an infringement of the law becomes known to us, we will immediately remove the link in question.

REPLACEMENT of broken/damaged Items

We guarantee all products purchased at beautyphix.center are checked as authentic and free of defects upon delivery and exactly as described.

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize!

Please send us report within 3 days of receiving your item, on utbildning@beautyphix.center with photo and detailed description so we can claim replacement. Make sure to include your name, address, order number.

When both sides agree, you can return product free of charge in salon no later than 14 days after agreement. If you rather return product by post you are responsible for return shipping charges and for lost or damaged product in transit. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.

We strongly recommend returning the product using a shipping method with tracking and insurance.

Returned product must be in its original packaging. All parts, pieces, cords, chargers, printed materials, promotional items, gifts with purchase and other original product packaging must be returned.

We reserve the right to deny the replacement if the item is not returned complete with original packaging or it is returned in other conditions then described in your report..

The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

 

Cancelled Orders

Cancellations are not allowed after order confirmation. Purchases are processed in real time to ensure that orders are delivered promptly.

Warranty

A device that fails to function due to manufacturer defect within the warranty period will be replaced with an identical or equivalent model device. Return shipping on warranty claims is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

We will make every effort within reason to meet customer expectations regarding returns as detailed above, however we reserve the right to review and/ or reject multiple return requests deemed abuse of the policy.
